I am a kindergartener in this book business. Much have I to learn, but am backpack bouncy, new-shoes excited. There are no prestigious awards or any significant stacks of sales. But I am here. Five indie works in my bundle but zero marketing and distribution know-how. I thought five stars plus from Publishers Daily Reviews was my permit to celebrity. Naivety grows in the soil of ignorance. I may be a slow bloomer, one-room Canadian prairie schooled, but am teachable. For my forthcoming third novel in the compelling Contemporary Romance bond series, ‘A MYSTICAL EMBRACE,’ I’ve offered ARCs and am struggling to raise the book’s presence pre-publishing. Now, I’m investigating BookBub as a support to elicit awareness.
